Receptionist Position – Clearwater Location
Position Summary:
We are looking for an in-person Full-Time Receptionist for the Clearwater office located near U.S. Highway 19 North/580. Hours will be Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Fridays, 8:00 am to 2:30 pm.
The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, answering/making phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, mailing Welcome Letters, calendaring appointments and deadlines, scanning incoming/outgoing mail and files, filing, and electronic filing.
Requirements:
· Type 30 + wpm
· Detail orientated.

· Able to keep confidential information private
· Able to follow directions but also work independently
· Software Experience: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe Pro
· Office Equipment Experience: Scanner and Copier
· High School Diploma required
Preferred:
· 2+ years' experience in Office setting
· Experience with Law Office Management Software
· 2- or 4-year Degree
· Spanish Speaking and Writing
Salary:
· Salary commensurate with experience; Starting at $17.00 +
